Q: How can I become a paid member of Bindidates? How much does it cost?

A: To become a paid member you can click on the link below:

Q: Are there alternate methods of payment that can be used other than credit card?

A: We will only accept credit card payments.

Q: I have just become a paid member but am still not able to send or read messages, what can I do?

A: This process is automated allowing instant access, however if the email address you used at the time of the transaction does not match the email address in your profile we are required to manually update your account status. Please allow one business day for this to be completed. If that is not the case, try logging out of your profile, refreshing your browser and then logging back in. If you're still having trouble, email support@bindidates.com with a copy of your Internet Secure receipt and we will change your status within 1 business day.

Q: I am encountering problems when trying to log into my profile.

A: Tips 1) Use Microsoft Internet Explorer 2) Enable your browser cookies 3) Set your security settings to medium.

Q: How do I check messages in my inbox?

A: To check your messages you have to login in to your account on BindiDates. Once you have logged in, click on the tab “My Page” and you will see a link to your inbox on the left.

Q: How do I edit my profile?

A: After logging into your profile, click on “My Page” and it will bring up your current profile which you can edit as you wish. Please note that changes made to your profile will be visible on the site only after they have been approved by an administrator.

Q: How do I delete or hide my profile?

A: : After logging into your profile, click on “My Page” and you will see links on the left column that direct you to the pages that will delete or hide your profile, as requested.

Q: How do I upload a photo?

A: If you would like to upload a new photo: 1) Log into your profile 2) Click on “My Page” 3) Click the “Photos” link on the left.

You have the option to keep all or some of your photos private. To show a picture with your profile and keep it visible to all members please check the box that says “Show All” To keep your photos private and show them only to contacts that are in your “favourites” list – leave the box unchecked.

Please note it may take up to 48 hours before your photos appear online as they have to be first approved by our administrator.

Q: I've lost my password, how can it be retrieved?

A: To retrieve your password for Bindidates.com click on the link "Forgot password" on the top right hand corner. From there you can enter the email address you use to access your account.
